Get to know Angela

Originally from Chicago, my path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a love for understanding people, emotions, and relationships. My journey took me to Philadelphia for graduate school, and now my husband and I call Florida home, where we’re raising our twin boys.

As a therapist, I work with children, teens, and families facing challenges like anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and attachment difficulties. My approach is warm, empathetic, and deeply relational, helping clients process emotions, build resilience, and strengthen their connections with others. Using play therapy, CBT, and attachment-based approaches, I create a safe, supportive space for self-expression and healing.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me soaking up time with my family, exploring nature, and adventuring through Florida’s theme parks.

If you or your child are struggling, I’d love to help make sense of those emotions, build coping skills, and create a path toward healing.
