Get to know Brittany
I grew up in Kentucky but have called Florida home since college. My journey into therapy began over a decade ago and was shaped by a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges with empathy and understanding. I believe that healing happens in a space where you feel safe, valued, and truly heard—and that’s exactly what I strive to create in every session.
As a mom to a young son, I understand firsthand the complexities of balancing responsibilities, managing emotions, and working through life’s ever-changing seasons. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, OCD, past trauma, or relationship challenges, my goal is to help you gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and build confidence in your ability to create change.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me spending time with my son and our energetic golden retriever, traveling, exploring new restaurants, or diving into a great book. I also enjoy practicing pilates, cooking, and discovering new recipes to try.
I know that starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and evidence-based strategies to help you move forward with confidence.
