Get to know Megan

By choice, my journey has never taken me far from the ocean. I grew up in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, where the waves, sand, and saltwater became my first source of peace and reflection. Running was my second. As a former NCAA Division I track and cross-country athlete, I learned early on the power of resilience, discipline, and pushing through challenges—even when things felt impossible.

That mindset led me into the field of mental health. Human connection has always fascinated me and how individual growth can transform an entire family system. As a therapist, I help children, teens, adults, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, autism, and life transitions, creating a safe and supportive space for healing. I also specialize in parent coaching, helping caregivers feel more confident in raising emotionally healthy children.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m usually chasing after my two kids, exploring Downtown Winter Garden, or enjoying time on our little backyard farm with our dogs, chickens, bees, and even a sulcata tortoise! My life is full of movement, learning, and connection, and I bring that same energy and passion into my work as a therapist.

Taking the first step into therapy isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support and guide you in a way that feels authentic, practical, and rooted in evidence-based strategies that work.
